Precipitation hardening is improved with increased concentration of aluminum. With high strength and hot hardness, the alloy has outstanding wear resisting quality, and has high corrosion-resistance against high temperature waste gases, including lead oxide, lead sulfide, brominated lead and chromatized lead.

Nickel-Chrome Alloy of Mechanical Alloying.
It is an oxidation dispersion-strengthened alloy. As the mechanical alloy is produced by ball milling metal powder, desirable dispersed phased is formed with even distribution of yttrium oxide in the alloy. With the stabilization of the alloy¡¯s melting point, the dispersed phase is strong at creep, and has high strength.

The alloy has high usability in high-temperature corrosion environment as it has high concentration of chrome (30%). Its high-temperature strength is high, as it uses yttrium oxide as dispersion strengthener.

  R30783 7.81g/§¨ 1336-1407¡É It has low coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE), and is highly resistant to oxidation.
The alloy is exceptionally resistant against oxidation in high temperature, as it contains high strength aluminum using precipitation heat treatment added with niobium and aluminum. It has 5% lower density than superalloy, such as INCONEL 718.

The alloy has exceptionally high resistance against corrosion in expansive corrosion environment. As it contains large quantity of molybdenum, the alloy is strong against pitting and crevice corrosion.
The alloy has small quantity of carbon. When welding, carbide precipitation is minimized in the welded structure.
